Die head
Based on rheology, thermodynamics and engineering strictly and simulation design, streamline channel design is adopted to the die head without any blind angle, which optimizes flowing channel and distribution units and helps achieve a more perfect thickness deviation. With low-shape die head design, the die head optimizes melt flowing performance and self-cleaning, which can shortens effectively the time between two formulas and reduces wastes.
Vacuum Sizing Water Ring
The vacuum sizing water ring is to make sure that the bubble is cooled effectively and it can be passe through. With motorized control, the ring can be lifted, which achieves a better cooling performance and improves output.
WSD-III Winder
It is a kind of modularized-design winder with multi winding functions that suits various types of film in 3-/6-inch air shaft alternatively. With the pre-acceleration function, tension fluctuation can be reduced in film roll changing, which improve quality of film roll. The winder has functions of auto film cutting, auto roll changing, auto roll unloading, auto metering and auto taper tension control. Tension feedback from film surface can achieve auto tracking to improve film evenness. Besides, it can not only reduce labor intensity and waste in manual roll changing, but improve work efficiency and safety performance.
