Application
Parts Introduction
Feed Block & T-die
The feed block and T-die adopt floating layer designing with extrusion capacity is adjustable. They have short 3D melt channels without dead angle. Through melt analysis and simulation system, it will ensure the T-die has even thickness distribution of each layer and good performance on extruding speed.
Electrical Control System
It equips with Siemens centralized computer control system. Through PLC, it integrated control extruder temperature, transition unit, winder, trim collection unit and roll temperature etc. It uses imported Germany high precision temperature control. This system is easy for operation and displayable on touch screen, where parameters that can be set, changed or checked.
Winder
It uses fully automatic turret structure, integrated with surface, center and gap winding. It has function of automatic loading, film cutting, reel changing, unloading, meter counting etc. Film unloading is controlled by hydraulic system. It equips with constant tension control system which can automatically chase film position by its surface tension then improve winding flatness.
