Cast Film Extrusion Machine

The Cast Film Extrusion Machine is primarily used in high-end fields such as food packaging, medical films, and protective films. It supports up to 11 layers of co-extrusion and can be equipped with an inline machine direction orientation (MDO) stretching unit. Jinming has independently developed multi-layer co-extrusion technology and high efficient intelligent temperature control system. The line is also equipped with a distributor and T-die system, addressing the packaging challenges of special materials such as PA and EVOH. This ensures that the products possess excellent optical properties, high barrier performance, outstanding flexibility, and good heat sealability, meeting the demands of high-end applications.
