CHINA Five-Layer Blown Agricultural Film Extrusion Machine Line M5N-24000
The five-layer co-extrusion 24-meter ultra-wide agricultural greenhouse blown film machine has successfully been installed in Changchun, China. Another benchmark project for Jinming Machinery, continuously empowering customers to enhance their market competitiveness.
This customer is a well-known supplier of releated chain for agricultural greenhouse. Since the coorperation in 2012, Jinming's machine and services have consistently earned their recognition and trust. With expanded production capacity, this year marks the installation of Jinming’s fourth agricultural film production line: the M5N-24000(ive-layer co-extrusion blown film machine).
This production line features Jinming’s newest-generation agricultural film technology, with a total extrusion capacity of up to 4100 kg/h and a maximum daily output of 78 tons per machine. It will provide strong support for the customer’s expansion in the agricultural film market.
The newly designed extrusion system provides high output, low energy consumption, and excellent plasticization. The barrel adopts a smooth structure, and the discharge port is equipped with a spiral groove-type cooling water channel, ensuring uniformity and suitability for processing various materials.
The Large-Sized Agricultural Film Die Head
Machine equipped with a five-layer co-extrusion central feed with a spiral core rod structure, the die head has a diameter of Ф3000mm and all core components are precisely machined using the German DMG DMU 600 FD seven-axis five-linkage machining center, ensuring high precision and quality of the mold.

Which is widely applicable to the production of high-performance agricultural greenhouse films, geomembranes, and other products. The die head diameter can reach up to 3600mm, allowing for a product width of up to 28 meters when fully expanded.
For complex-shaped workpieces, this machining center enables single-clamp operations to complete multi-surface, multi-angle, and multi-shape processing. It can handle workpieces with an outer diameter of up to 4500mm and a single piece weight of up to 35 tons. Unlike traditional machine tools, which require multiple clampings, adjustments, and measurements, leading to inefficiency, time consumption, and potential errors or defects, this machining center significantly improves processing efficiency and ensures the overall quality and reliability of the workpieces. Its introduction brings new possibilities to Jinming’s agricultural film machine business."
The IBC internal cooling system enables real-time air exchange, equipped with Jinming’s self-developed air temperature-controlled automatic air ring, with precise 99-points tempreture control, combining with an online thickness measurement unit, it ensures accurate measurements under various environmental conditions
Featuring a high-precision haul-off unit, with constant tension control, designed to meet high production capacity requirements.
The 3600 center-reversing winder, developed by Jinming, utilizes a mechanical winding shaft suitable for eight-fold winding. It can accommodate a maximum winding diameter of φ500mm.
Siemens computer centralized control system: With a new operating interface, it employs a touch screen and Siemens PLC for centralized control. The user-friendly interface combines a touch screen with Siemens PLC for easy and straightforward operation.
