Indonesia introduces Jinming's Classic X Series three-layer co-extrusion blown film line with an in-line MDO unit.


Indonesia is a mature market where Jinming has been deeply rooted for many years, with over 40 blown film lines currently operating locally. Thanks to the strong market reputation, the customer firmly chose to collaborate with Jinming as they expanded their film business into new fields. This delivered 3-layer blown film line with online MDO unit not only produces PE lamination substrate film, PE heating shrink film and other regular packaging products, but also uses the online MDO unit to stretch and produce PE breathable film and MDOPE lamination substrate film and other higher value-added film products, helping customers to open up the market with new products and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.



The machine recently completed a variety of different product applications of the operation test,is equipped with an online MDO stretching unit, capable of producing breathable films for hygiene materials. (4) The maximum product width of regular film products up to 2600 mm, after 4-6 times of the longitudinal stretching, the effective film width up to 2300 mm, with the output of 650 kg/hour, the comprehensive yield of more than 85%. This greatly improves the market competitiveness of customers' products and brands. At present, the equipment has been successfully delivered and highly recognized by customers.




The newly designed extrusion system utilizes proprietary technology and is equipped with bimetallic screws, offering high output, low energy consumption, and excellent plasticizing performance. The die head features a three-layer co-extrusion central feed spiral mandrel structure, forged from high-quality alloy steel, with all major components machined at the DMG five-axis machining center in Germany.



Jinming's self-developed automatic counterflow air ring is equipped with a European-imported thickness measure unit: it features 99-point precision automatic air temperature control, with the temperature of each air outlet adjustable according to process requirements. The air ring can be vertically raised and lowered along the axial direction, enhancing production efficiency.



Jinming's independently developed MDO stretching system, which features single-point stretching with a maximum stretch ratio of 10. The longitudinal stretching entry is equipped with a tension sensor for closed-loop tension control, with a maximum mechanical line speed of 200 meters per minute. The innovative secondary metering profile thickness control system adjusts thickness based on the neck-in characteristics of MDO stretching, reducing neck-in edge trimming by up to 50%.


The high-precision rotation haul-off unit enables horizontal 360 degrees rotation, ensuring that the film extruded from each point of the die head is evenly distributed on the winding shaft. This design evenly offsets the film thickness variations, ensuring smooth film winding and preventing film bulging.




Fully automatic back to back gap winder offers three winding modes: center, surface, and gap winding. The tension control uses a constant tension automatic control system, which can automatically track and adjust based on the measured surface tension of the film, enhancing the smoothness of the film winding. It is compatible with 3-inch or 6-inch interchangeable winding shafts.



The Siemens computer centralized control system features a brand-new interface, providing centralized control of all process parameters of the entire machine. This system simplifies operation, making it convenient and straightforward.
