POF Extrusion System
Based on rich experience considering resin features and rheological principles, by continuous simulation and optimized designing, JM has launched various serials of extruding system for processing of different materials. The extruders with optimized designing for Polyolefin materials are accurately processed, which not only have good corrosive and abrasive resistance performance, but also feature with high output capability, low energy consumption and great plasticization. The maximum extrusion capacity can up to 630 kg per hour.
Film Bubble Forming System
The first film bubble forming system employs a streamlined flow channel design for the die head. This optimization enhances the resin flow path and distribution unit, aiding in achieving precise film thickness tolerances when processing different resins. The die head's self-cleaning performance is excellent, effectively reducing conversion time during formula switching and minimizing raw material wastage.
The second film bubble forming system includes the second traction device, vertical heating oven unit, and the second film bubble cooling system. Following the secondary forming, it enters the combined haul-off system.
Winder
The machine equips with a center-rotating winding unit, featuring a flip-type structure and employs a center + gap winding method. The winding process incorporates high-precision tapered tension control, complete with automatic film cutting and automatic roll changing functions. And it can be placed on the ground without the need for a pit structure.
Centralized Control System
The computer centralized control system features a new operating interface. It is a Siemens computer centralized control system that enables centralized control of various process parameters of the entire machine. It includes modules for easy mold switching, energy consumption analysis, easy winding, and preventive maintenance.
