In April 2014, the Jinming Experimental Center located in Shantou headquarters of Guangdong Jinming Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was officially completed.
As the world's leading manufacturer of film blow molding machines, Jinming Seiki has recently prepared the only "experiential" experimental center dedicated to plastic films in the Asia-Pacific region. The establishment of the experimental center is something that Jinming Company has been planning for more than ten years. The most essential original intention is to serve customers, build a place where customers can experience the world's leading film-making technology, and solve customers' concerns in formula experiments, technical verification, production technology and operation training in the field of film blowing. After years of hard work and accumulation, especially after it was successfully listed on the Shenzhen Venture Exchange in 2011, the company invested hundreds of millions of funds and scientific research strength, and joined hands with many well-known international raw material manufacturers Exxon, Dow, Borouge, etc. and components The supplier successfully completed the first phase of the experimental center platform.

1. Provide experiments for product research and development, and better collect and obtain various data of equipment and products;
2. Provide a platform for formula experiments and product promotion for raw material manufacturers, and provide a training place for process engineers; 3. Provide customers with necessary test machines, simulate actual production, and better serve users;

At present, the factory building of the test center has been preliminarily renovated. The closed factory building covers an area of 1500 square meters. The factory building has completed the construction of the down-blowing high barrier film production line and the 5-story 2800-type unit.
At the same time, through the combination of simulation software and experimental center, the plant can operate more scientifically and accurately. At present, the first phase platform of Jinming Seiki Experimental Center includes the following functional platforms:
1. Single-screw extruder test platform;
2. Test platform for down blown high barrier film unit;
3. Test platform for down blowing infusion film unit;
4. Up-blowing 1700-2800 multi-layer co-extrusion unit test platform;
5. Up-blowing 900-1700 multi-layer co-extrusion unit test platform.
In the near future, the experimental center plans to carry out research and testing work in the following five areas regarding the current hot development directions and cutting-edge problems in the thin film market:
1. In August 2014, the M5B-900QA heavy packaging film production line was tested, with a designed output of 350kg/h;
2. Develop a wide-width PVDC high-barrier composite film production line;
3. Develop a wide-width 9-layer co-extruded barrier film production line with a planned width of 2000mm;
4. Develop a large-diameter forced-feeding single-screw extruder, and have successfully tested 150 extruders, 900kg/h;
5. Develop special equipment for self-adhesive protective film for wide-width electronics industry;
