The first company in the city to successfully pass the application project review!
The project takes the large-scale and customized flexible intelligent manufacturing of high-end multifunctional films as the starting point, strengthens the networking and informatization level of high-end multifunctional films from formula design to manufacturing, testing, and logistics, and forms a high-end multifunctional film manufacturing platform. An intelligent manufacturing production line equipped with domestic process equipment, robots and management systems to realize full digital management from product development to product production, visualized production process, digital online detection, model-based process optimization and sustainable improvement, and transparent management; On this basis, according to the research and development needs and process characteristics of high-end multifunctional membranes, a complete set of solutions will be formed to improve the level of intelligent manufacturing of high-end multifunctional membranes.
