Chinaplas 2024 & Jinming Open House Demonstration | Successful Conclusion!
The 36th China International Plastic & Rubber Industry Fair (Chinaplas 2024) kicked off grandly at the Shanghai International Convention Center on April 23. The first day saw an attendance of over 90,000 visitors, while the second day exceeded 118,000, setting a new record for the highest attendance at the International Rubber & Plastics Exhibition.
Jinming Machinery, located at Booth C24 in Hall 3, attracted numerous new and existing customers and partners from around the world. At the exhibition, customers and the Jinming team engaged in in-depth discussions, exploring film processing and technologies and industry trends. Customers highly recognized Jinming’s consistent focus on innovation, high-end positioning, and continuous progress, and expressed a desire to strengthen cooperation in various fields such as food and daily necessities packaging, industrial packaging, agricultural films, medical packaging films, and optical protection films, aiming for a win-win situation.
Taking this opportunity, Jinming held a Machinery and Application Technology Seminar and Open House Demonstration at its headquarters in Shantou, Guangdong on April 26, attracting many customers and partners from countries such as India, Indonesia, Dubai, and Russia.
During the seminar, Jinming Machinery shared the application of multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine in sustainable packaging solutions and had comprehensive and specific discussions on market trends with upstream and downstream industry partners. Experts from strategic partners like Dow, ExxonMobil, and Borouge also attended the seminar, presenting on topics such as “Dow Polyethylene Applications in MDO Technology”, “High-barrier Recyclable PE Packaging and High-performance Reclosable Bag Solutions”, and “Borouge Innovative Products and Circular Economy Solutions”.
Following the seminar, Jinming, together with renowned raw material suppliers including ExxonMobil, Dow, Borouge, Meilian New Materials, and Kuraray, demonstrated multiple multi-layer co-extrusion blown film machines with different production applications and formulas, including three-layer co-extrusion blown film line, five-layer co-extrusion POD blown film line, nine-layer co-extrusion blown film line, five-layer heavy-duty packaging blown film line, eleven-layer co-extrusion water quench type blown film line, and BOPET optical film production lines.
The demonstration site was bustling with activity. Jinming’s five-layer heavy-duty packaging film blowing unit achieved a production output of 560 kg/h, the five-layer co-extrusion POD blown film line had a width of 2.5 meters and an output of 905 kg/h, and the nine-layer co-extrusion air cooling blown film line reached an output of 600 kg/h, receiving widespread acclaim from visiting guests!
After the demonstration, attending customers and supplier representatives were invited to Jinming’s exchange dinner, marking the successful conclusion of this International Rubber & Plastics Exhibition and Jinming Open House Equipment Demonstration.
